Urbanator brings generations together
UBX Productions, headed by Michal Urbaniak & Urbanator is bringing world-famous musicians
from New York and London to Europe US & Asia to introduce talented young people to how music is actually made.
From October & November 2008 music workshops will be held by invited artists:
Michal Urbaniak (violin) - (www.urbaniak.com, www.urbanator.com, www.urbanatordays.com, www.urbanizer.com,
www.urbsymphony.com. www.urbanizer.com, www.decadence.ws, www.fornewyork.us, www.papaya-dance.com)
a world-famous violinist, sax player, leader, composer, arranger and music producer.
The only violinist to play with such legends of world jazz as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Kenny Garret, Marcus Miller,
Toots Thielemans, Quincy Jones, Roy Hynes, Larry Coryell, Billy Cobcham and Stephane Grapelly and many others!
Thanks to his fame, artistic openness and musical travel he has met artists the world over.
He has created the Urbanator project, among the most exciting musical projects anywhere.
For years he has worked in a special way with global music personalities to stimulate the audiences
with excellent music, climate and energy. His latest music hits are Papaya and Papaya Dance.
Troy Miler (drums) - (www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFg5ZX3WELI, an all-round world class drummer,
he is also a composer, leader, arranger and music producer. Plays also keyboards and records own albums.
As a young man he played the drums on a family band, he later appeared on the BBC show "Young Musician of The Year".
Since then he has undergone musical training. He now works with, among others:
Roachford, Omar, Will Young, Cliff Richard, Lee John, Kyle Eastwood and Amy Winehouse.
Otto Williams (bass & bass guitar) - one of the most exciting exponents of the bass guitar & bass
He has played with, among others: Bobby Brown, Chaka Khan, RayCharles.
And he's also known and great record producer, arranger and composer.
Femi Temowo (guitar) - (www.femitone.com) -a - Nigerian-born guitarist, producer, composer.
He has worked with, among others: Amy Winehouse, Georgem Benson and hip-hope band The Roots.
Don Blackman (keyboard) - (www.donblackman.com) - a pianist, keyboardist,
soul singer, record producer, leader arranger and composer, he has worked with,
among others: Janet Jackson, Marcus Miller, Lenny White Jamaica Boys and Sting.
The workshops will conclude with a joint concert at the assigned concert venue
with all the musicians will perform with the young artists selected during the workshop.
For the time Urbanator Days took place in June 2007 . Thanks to Urbanator,
many young people had the opportunity to play with world-famous artists from
New York, North America, Europe, Africa and the British Isles.
This season the Urbanator invasion is to include the biggest cities and school centers
in Europe, USA and Japan.
Interactive web sites at www.urbanatordays.com are accepting participants from around the world
to participate in eWorkshops and eLearning sessions as well as in Live Workshops and concerts.
Music workshops are designed to raise the cultural level of rhythm music and increase
skills and interest in a professional and yet soulfull and emotional attitude to the music.

US Embassy in various part of the world and local countries and cities governments.

Sponsors from different countries and foundations.
